2. Your workshop progress
The game saves workshop progress, inventory, crafting state, preferences and cosmetic selections on your device. It also keeps local purchase-entitlement and reward records to reconcile ownership and prevent duplicate grants. The reviewed game does not require a separate game-account sign-in for core play.
Core gameplay can run offline. This does not mean the app never connects to the internet: purchase services can initialize when the game starts. Local progress is not a verified cross-device cloud-save service.
3. Purchases and RevenueCat
The Android candidate integrates RevenueCat to retrieve product information, validate purchases, restore eligible ownership and reconcile entitlements with Google Play. RevenueCat initializes at launch, so a purchase is not required for service communication. The live store catalog and complete purchase/restore flow remain under configuration.
The integration uses a generated RevenueCat App User ID rather than a player-supplied game login. Purchase and entitlement records include product and transaction information and are associated with that identifier. RevenueCat’s optional diagnostics and automatic device-identifier collection are disabled in the reviewed configuration; this does not mean no service or network metadata is processed.
Full payment details are handled by the store payment flow rather than a payment form in this game. See RevenueCat’s customer-identifier documentation and RevenueCat’s privacy information. RevenueCat’s published privacy policy describes storage on AWS in the USA, possible cross-border processing and handling of customer-directed correction or deletion requests. See its data-processing terms. These provider statements do not establish a fixed retention period for this game or verify this account’s contractual settings. Exact provider retention and release-specific metadata disclosures still need confirmation.
4. Advertising and privacy choices
Rewarded ads are disabled in the reviewed candidate. Google Mobile Ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) are included for a planned optional rewarded-ad feature. The reviewed app-level flow does not initialize that optional service while rewarded ads are disabled. Package inclusion alone does not verify every native SDK’s startup behavior.
If enabled in a future build, the planned feature offers an optional workshop-speed reward. Google’s ad services can process IP address (including approximate location), device/account identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Collection depends on the deployed SDK and configuration. See Google’s Mobile Ads data disclosure.
The implemented flow checks UMP ad eligibility and exposes Privacy choices when required. Reward verification is designed to associate a transaction token, App User ID and ad-unit context with RevenueCat. This flow is not yet verified live. This policy and store disclosures must be reviewed before advertising is enabled; a disabled ad flag is not a verified claim of zero SDK data collection.
5. Support and this website
If you contact support, your message may contain your email address, device/app version, issue description and any screenshots or purchase reference you choose to provide. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unrelated personal information.
This studio website has no embedded advertising, analytics scripts, account sign-in or data-submission form in its delivered files. Hosting infrastructure may process connection information. Hostinger automatically records web requests, including time, visitor IP address, requested resource and browser/device information reported by the browser. Location estimates may be derived from the IP address. The delivered site adds no analytics scripts or tracking cookies. 6. Retention, sharing and processing
Purchase-related information is processed through RevenueCat and Google Play. Ad-related processing described above is conditional on enabled advertising services. Our support-record retention policy is set out below. Hosting and service-provider retention still require separate confirmation.
We review closed support cases quarterly and normally delete ordinary support correspondence within 12 months after the case closes, sooner when it is no longer needed. Troubleshooting attachments are normally deleted within 30 days after resolution. We may keep relevant information longer when necessary for an unresolved request, dispute, security issue or legal obligation. These periods apply to support records under our control, including mailbox and forwarded copies; game-platform, payment-provider and hosting records have separate retention practices.

The publisher has not yet confirmed a final statement about sale/sharing under regional privacy definitions, additional processors, or all SDK metadata. No blanket “we collect nothing” or “we never share data” claim is made here.
7. Access, deletion and your choices
Android’s app settings can clear the game’s local storage. This resets local progress and preferences and can be irreversible. It does not automatically delete store transactions or RevenueCat’s server-side records, request a refund, or cancel any store-managed service.

Where advertising privacy options are required and the service is enabled, review them through the game’s Privacy choices control. Android also provides advertising-ID controls in system settings.
8. Intended audience and policy updates
Pocket Fixers is intended for teenagers and adults aged 13 and over, and is not intended for children under 13.
This intended audience is separate from the store-assigned content rating. Release-specific safeguards for younger users and applicable regional requirements remain under review. If you have a concern about a child’s information, contact privacy@megaorbit.ca using our data-request guidance.
